Every connection gets exactly one permission.

An integration is not a key to everything. Each connector is granted one of three modes, per system, per role.

  1. Read

    The agent may look things up. It cannot change them.

  2. Write

    The agent may create or update records you name, and nothing else.

  3. Act

    The agent may trigger an action, such as a booking or a message, inside its limits.
